MJL Products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery. MJL's obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to repairing or replacing any products found, in the sole discretion of MJL, to be defective. If requested by MJL, products or parts for which a warranty claim is made shall be returned prepaid to MJL. This warranty excludes damage or failure to abuse, usage beyond intended use, and improper installation.
This warranty does not include products that MJL manufactures on behalf of other OEMs as a contract manufacturer for which design control resides in the OEM engineering department and MJL is manufacturing the product with the design approval from the OEM. In those cases, the limit of liability for MJL is to adhere to materials and specifications designated by the OEM.
Qualified personnel should perform installation of MJL products. MJL is not responsible for the failure of any such installation or failure to follow specific instructions included with every product.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO , THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MJL'S OBLIGATION UNDER THESE WARRANTIES SHALL NOT INCLUDE ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DELAYS. MJL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM BREACH OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. . .
