MJL manufacturing provides a broad range of capabilities that combine in-house and outside resources to provide turn-key solutions for our customers.  Our manufacturing team, with years of experience, can guide the project and assist our engineering team with Design For Manufacturing (DFM) process during design reviews.  This ensures that engineering design is aligned with the required quantity production for each part to gain the most cost effective solution for every part fabricated.

As the product is introduced and market demand changes, our manufacturing team can provide new solutions to maintain a low cost for each level of production cycle.  We not only use high precision machinery and equipment, but we also use state of the art CAM software along with trained employees to generate the highest quality parts.  Each part is carefully inspected so it meets the design specifications and requirements.  A list of our current manufacturing capabilities include:
